On the eve of the european conference, “Roadmap for the Creative Industries in the New Europe” there will be a Gala Concert on 19 February 2006 where you will enjoy:
Bullet Catrin Finch – world renowned harpist and project patron
Bullet Jozef Luptak – talented cellist from slovakia
Bullet Song for the new Europe – to be arranged by the William Matthias Music Centre and performed by Gwynedd and Anglesey Youth Choir, Noddfa Youth Group and Doniau Cudd Group
Bullet Literature – multilingual creative writing competition for Welsh secondary school pupils on the expansion of Europe, to be co-ordinated by the Welsh Academy
Bullet Art – European Mosaic for Victoria Dock, Caernarfon and arts project for Gwynedd schools, sponsored by Gwynedd council
Bullet Video shorts – 5 short videos on the new Europe by S4C
Bullet Dance – organised by Dawns i Bawb, this performance will be a combination of Welsh and Hungarian dance

Creu Cyfle - Cultural Explosion in the 2005 National Eisteddfod
Creu Cyfle- Cultural Explosion will have a stall on the Eisteddfod maes where a number of Welsh-European cultural activities will be staged. There will be a wine and food tasting together with the first performances of the above activities.
