Chair: Geraint Talfan Davies, Chair, IWA
The PISA results that rank Welsh school performance against other OECD countries will be published in December 2013, with the likelihood that Wales will still be slipping behind. Welsh performance in these tests has achieved a much higher profile in the past two years as a result of a series of speeches and policy interventions by Education
Minister Leighton Andrews.
